গত ১৯.৯.২০১৮ রোজ বুধবার। আশুলিয়া ঘোষবাগ, ধানমন্ডি ও রোটারী ক্লাব স্কুলের নবম শ্রেণীর ছাত্রী, আফরোজা সিদ্দিকী হেনা ও সাথী নামের দুই শিক্ষার্থী। স্কুলে যাওয়ার পর, তারা আর বাড়ি ফিরে আসেনি। পরের দিন তাদের আশুলিয়া নদীতে লাশ পাওয়া যায়।
কেন কি কারনে এই হত্যা কেউ কিছু জানে না । আবার চাঞ্চল্যকর হত্যা মামলার তথ্য মিলছে না থানা পুলিশের কাছ থেকে। পুলিশ সাংবাদিকদের তথ্য দিতে অপারগতা প্রকাশ করছেন।
এদিকে নিহতদের পরিবারের কান্না ও আর্তনাদ থামছে না। তাঁদের আর্তনাদে আকাশ বাতাস ভারী হয়ে উঠছে। তাদের কান্নায় অনেকেরই চোখের পানি বাধ মানেনি।
এদিকে নিহতদের পিতা মোঃ মাসুদ সকলের দারে দারে ঘুরছে এমনকি সামাজিক যোগাযোগ ফেসবুকে বিভিন্ন জনকে মেসেজে করছে যে, ” আমার মেয়েকে হত্যা করা হয়েছে, ভাই আমি আমার মেয়ে হত্যার বিচার চাই আপনাদের মাধ্যমে, ভাই আপনাদের সহযোগিতা চাই । আমার মেয়ে হত্যাকাণ্ডের নেপথ্যে কারা রয়েছে আমি আপনাদের কাছে তাদের বিচার চাই।”
