ভারতের উত্তর প্রদেশের বুন্দেলখন্ড জেলায় দেখা দিয়েছে খরার প্রকোপ। পানি সংকটে ভুগছে উত্তর প্রদেশ ও মধ্য প্রদেশের ১৩টি জেলা। এথচ এরই মধ্যে এক মন্ত্রীর জন্য নষ্ট হল হাজার হাজার লিটার পানি। যে রাস্তায় মন্ত্রী যাবেন সেই রাস্তা ঝকঝকে রাখতে ঢালা হয়েছে হাজার হাজার লিটার পানি। ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে উত্তর প্রদেশের কানপুর শহরে। একটি বেসরকারি সংস্থার অনুষ্ঠানে রাজ্যের পিডব্লুডি মন্ত্রীর জন্য একাধিক ট্যাঙ্কারের পানি দিয়ে রাস্তা ধোয়া নিয়ে উঠেছে প্রশ্ন।
